ffa999 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register a ffa999 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended ffa999 account.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by ffa999.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of ffa999, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.

1.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your ffa999 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. ffa999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

1.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ffa999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ffa999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ffa999 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

1.4 Verification

ffa999 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before making a withdrawal or if ffa999 deems verification necessary at any other time: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address; and a photograph of yourself holding your identity document. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by ffa999 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ffa999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ffa999 does not accept deposits in foreign currency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

2.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. ffa999 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a third-party account and to place a temporary hold on the corresponding funds pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published on the ffa999 deposit page and are subject to change at ffa999's discretion. Deposits are generally credited to your ffa999 account balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.

2.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the ffa999 finance team. ffa999 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; however, actual transfer times depend on the payment provider and are outside ffa999's direct control. ffa999 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, per day, or per week, details of which are published on the relevant account pages.

2.4 Currency & Fees

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the ffa999 Platform are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ffa999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which ffa999 accepts no responsibility. ffa999 is not liable for any currency conversion costs incurred by players who choose to fund their accounts through non-BDT payment channels.

3.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the ffa999 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, as well as these general Terms. A bet is considered final and binding once it has been confirmed by the ffa999 system and a bet reference number has been generated. ffa999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at manifestly incorrect odds, or placed in connection with any prohibited activity as described in these Terms.

3.2 Insufficient Funds

ffa999 will not permit a bet to be placed if your account balance is insufficient to cover the stake. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account is adequately funded before placing any wager. ffa999 will not extend credit to any player under any circumstances.

3.3 Game Integrity & RNG

All slot games, table games, and virtual products offered on the ffa999 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from studios operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, and are governed by those providers' own certified game rules. ffa999 does not manipulate game outcomes and maintains a strict fair-play policy across all products.

3.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on the ffa999 Platform, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other sports, are governed by the individual market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. ffa999 reserves the right to suspend any market, void any bet, or delay settlement in the event of a dispute, data feed failure, or suspected irregularity in the underlying sporting event. In-play bets are final once accepted; ffa999 cannot cancel in-play bets at a player's request after the bet has been confirmed.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by ffa999 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where any conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ffa999 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where relevant), time limit for completion, and maximum withdrawal amount are stated in full in each bonus offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

ffa999 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if ffa999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player or group of players has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a single-use promotion; using low-risk betting strategies (such as placing opposing bets on the same event) to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of ffa999.

4.4 Seasonal & Special Promotions

ffa999 may offer special promotions timed around events of cultural or sporting significance in Bangladesh, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day, Independence Day, and major cricket tournaments such as the BPL and T20 World Cup. Participation in these promotions is subject to the individual terms published at the time of the promotion and is available only to eligible registered ffa999 account holders.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Opening more than one ffa999 account, including accounts under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers.
• Using automated betting software, scripts, bots, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place bets or gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the ffa999 Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the ffa999 Platform in connection with money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sporting event manipulation in connection with bets placed on the ffa999 Platform.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction made to ffa999 without prior authorisation from the ffa999 finance team.
• Accessing the ffa999 Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

6.1 Platform Availability

ffa999 endeavours to make the Platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, ffa999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. ffa999 accepts no liability for any loss (including loss of winnings) resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond ffa999's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider outages, or third-party game server failures.

6.2 Gambling Losses

You acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that all bets and wagers placed on the ffa999 Platform are placed voluntarily and at your own risk. ffa999 accepts no responsibility for any gambling losses incurred by you on the Platform, provided that such losses did not result from proven fault or negligence on the part of ffa999.

6.3 Third-Party Services

The ffa999 Platform integrates with third-party payment providers, game suppliers, and data feed providers. ffa999 is not liable for any failure, error, or delay on the part of these third-party services that results in financial loss or inconvenience to you. ffa999's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your ffa999 account at any time by contacting the ffa999 support team. Requests for self-exclusion or permanent account closure will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds not meeting withdrawal requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following satisfactory verification.

8.2 Closure by ffa999

ffa999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or any other conduct that ffa999 deems detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or to other players. In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, ffa999 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation.

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

10.2 Waiver

ffa999's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made expressly and in writing by an authorised representative of ffa999 to be effective.

10.3 Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English-language version of these Terms and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the ffa999 Privacy Policy and any individual bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ffa999 regarding your use of the Platform. If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact our support team before registering an account.
